Married to my college sweet-heart :)...three GREAT kids I'm not selling to the circus today...I LOVE to laugh (& smile often)...love to read & cook, hate to shop (unless the store is very small and doesn't leave me dazed and confused). I'm scared of flying so although I'd like to travel more, I don't.
I've been pleasantly surprised to find life in my 40s to be an amazing time of transformation & discovery--of self, others, creation and the Creator.

On Friday, we found out some good friends are expecting a little surprise in November. They will both celebrate 40th birthdays this year. Since hearing their news, I've been slightly (OK very) paranoid with "this could happen to us" thoughts. When I read your post, I began to wonder if birth control all over the country was suddenly failing!!!

Gina, I cannot imagine this happening to us! If it did, I'd pay a visit to Tad's urologist and, quite possibly, break his knee caps (I'm not really that violent, he's a friend...I'd get someone ELSE to break 'em for me ;) ).
