Married to my college sweet-heart :)...three GREAT kids I'm not selling to the circus today...I LOVE to laugh (& smile often)...love to read & cook, hate to shop (unless the store is very small and doesn't leave me dazed and confused). I'm scared of flying so although I'd like to travel more, I don't.
I've been pleasantly surprised to find life in my 40s to be an amazing time of transformation & discovery--of self, others, creation and the Creator.
Here's a partial explanation for my Blog title. I think it'd be cool if they really existed.
A Pensieve is a stone basin.... [One] can extract his or her own memories and place them in the Pensieve, especially
to relieve the mind when it becomes too flooded with information. Anyone can examine the memories in the Pensieve, which also allows viewers to fully immerse themselves in the memories stored within...
A Pensieve first appears in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire...

I love the crocs picture! You're right, who would ever think plastic, orange shoes would be in "style"? (I put style in parenthesis because I think we are some of the only people who think they are actually cool.) Go crocs!
THIS is why we can be friends!

How much am I lovin' you that we're shoe kindreds? silly, colorful, plastic shoes, united the world. Ah, that it would be THAT easy. (love u)
cool! I haven't tried Crocs yet. I had a pair of Red clogs by Hanna Andersson but I hurt my ankle last year so I don't wear them anymore:(!
and um this is for the For wives post--there is no comment capabilities on there!
19 years now?:) wow!
I've heard about this book but if you say I should read it I should!

It's all about the berks & zories :0
Everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE we go,I see people in berkenstocks & flip-flops (zori).
We walked past a wedding in the park a few weeks ago -- formals & zories. What is this world coming to?
Crocs are the greatest!!! Even for this old Clemson Grad of 1965. They take the aches out of my old feet and give good arch support. I'm now the proud owner of three pairs. One with holes for summer, a solid pair for winter and a rugged pair I received at Christmas to wear at the mountain house in Saluda, NC. I've just got to get those tiger paws for by summer pair.

Well, Al, I'm glad you found my humble little blog, lol. Thanks for letting me know your affections for Crocs, too :). You've got one more pair than me, although my daughter and I can wear each others, so maybe I DO have more than you.
Mountain house in Saluda, huh? Now I'm just jealous!
