Gimme a break.......
Well, it's more like I'm giving YOU a break :).

Instead of writing anything new (since obviously my last few posts have been explosively riveting and randomly engaging), I think any time spent blogging will be used to read and comment y'all (leave a comment here with a link back to ya, and if I haven't read you before, why, I think I'll include visiting new peeps in this little exercise). With kids buzzing around and squillions of things to do, coupled with the blogosphere operating at a snail's pace, I think this idea is simply marvey :).

The one thing that I'd ask of you (newbies AND not-so-newbies) before I go, is to please stop by Kelly's place, tell her I sent you and leave a comment. Her corporate sponsor is contributing $1 per comment to St. Jude's Hospital up to $500. She has until Saturday night to make this goal. If you have a blog of your own, it would be nice if you linked back to her as well. Thanks to those of you who have already visited and to those of you who will; you can comment both today and tomorrow.

UPDATE: Kelly got her 500+ comments, St. Jude's got $500...sounds like everyone's a winner to me :). Thanks to those of you who popped over there from here. I think this might just be the most clever way I've ever seen ANYONE pimp their blog!

Robin,
I've been blog-lite the last couple of weeks too.

I just wanted to let you know I posted my finished remodeling pictures. I remember you commenting on the before pictures, so I thought you would enjoy seeing the finished project.

How is your project going? I was so happy to be finally done.

Happy New Year!

PS: My word verification is axepms, too funny!

Grace, it's good to see ya, thanks for letting me know the redo is done ;). Ours is stalled at about 90% :/, but so far, I love it (although EVERY "PART" has had a "problem" of some kind or another). Yours looks beautiful :). I think it's funny Susan popped over to your place (me thinks she has a foot thang, too!).

Susan, love ya girlie, you're THANKING ME for stopping by??? You're on my regular route ;). Well, FG is :D.

Hmmm, playing on people's neediness to generate comments, that's a new approach.

I actually posted today but its half-arsed.

Totally off the subject -

but - if you click on my Christmas picture - it will open up and not be blurry. (I don't know why it did that - still figuring out typepad - not sure if I'm liking it. There are nice things about it, but other things I don't like)

Kelly, was there any doubt you'd make it? St. Jude wins;).

Marnie, lol....AGAIN??? What are you up to???

LCO, thanks sweets :).

WT, It's been quiet over here without your two cents...cannot believe you didn't comment on me pretending to be Angie Dickenson!

Karmyn, I'll check back again...what don't you like? I still can't get Blogger posts to transfer :/.

Pamela, peep ;).

Hey Robin...Just now home and taking a few minutes to visit. Will visit Kelly's place for sure. Happy New Year. I'm set to re-cycle everything in the house next week. theHansMan doesn't like his new plastic container. The lid doesn't quite fit his head...

Have a Happy New Year Robin! I'll take a look too.

It's been hectic for me and I didn't even do a post this week. Simply reading this week, not even doing much commenting.

You take care! :)

WB home Swampalicious:). My brain is in constant re-cycle mode these days. Actually, it goes beyond recycling, but that'll have to wait for a legit post. I saw the HansMan and his party hat--ha! but didn't comment yet. I will..........just in the throes of all things home these days, reading blogs (and commenting!) isn't part of the routine right now, so it's VERY hit or miss :/.

Mikey :), Happy New Year to you, too. Sounds like we're doin' about the same thing (as far as the blogosphere is concerned anyway). Glad you checked in.

hey... this morning you lit up as having 98 unread posts on my bloglines. I just can't figure bloglines out sometimes.

however, I'm supposed to be cleaning my house. I started by DUSTING AROUND MY COMPUTER, which of course led to my checking Bloglines.

weird... I thought I just left a message. So now I'm going to do it again and I'll lay a wager it shows up twice.

I started my dusting (ha ha) around my computer and that lead to me checking my bloglines.

Pensieve lit up and said I had 98 unread posts. I thought you'd been very busy last night.

Just can't figure out how bloglines works sometimes.

What? Angie Dickenson? I didn't see that, but then as Pamela said, Bloglines has been somewhat strange lately, I got the 98 news posts too.

Iris, to you, too :).

Taya, I don't know how you found me, but I'm glad you popped in! Susie (Bluebird Designs) is responsible for taking my thoughts and fleshing them out in this design, thank you for your kind words (I like it 'cause I haven't seen anything else like it :) ).

Pamela, who knows why the delay...it tells you sometimes comments don't show up right away, but usually they do. I guess it was just a chance for you to show off your pig-latinese :D.

WT, I'm fooling around with some stuff, but I have no idea why it updated 98 posts, go figure...it's Blogger :/. I was channeling Angie when I was shooting the heck out of a Dr. Pepper bottle :). I like the Charlie's Angel's comparison better, I'm afraid. The original gals, not the second tier.

Out of lurker status to say I enjoy reading your "comings and goings" and your personal take on life. It's a big world out there and fun to read about different people in different places!

Married to my college sweet-heart :)...three GREAT kids I'm not selling to the circus today...I LOVE to laugh (& smile often)...love to read & cook, hate to shop (unless the store is very small and doesn't leave me dazed and confused). I'm scared of flying so although I'd like to travel more, I don't.

I've been pleasantly surprised to find life in my 40s to be an amazing time of transformation & discovery--of self, others, creation and the Creator.

Here's a partial explanation for my Blog title. I think it'd be cool if they really existed.

A Pensieve is a stone basin.... [One] can extract his or her own memories and place them in the Pensieve, especially to relieve the mind when it becomes too flooded with information. Anyone can examine the memories in the Pensieve, which also allows viewers to fully immerse themselves in the memories stored within...

A Pensieve first appears in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire...
