Have new laptop. Will travel. Blog and go.
Endless possibilities. Wi-freakin'-Fi. Vistas ready (I didn't even know a new? upgraded? operating system was just months away).
The Geek Squad at Best Buy was trying to razzle dazzle the ol' pensieve and confuse all those swirling thoughts of mine, but all I know is, they know more than me, they are MORE than happy to answer my gazillion questions, and if they fail, there's always Willowtree;).
I like geeks.
Can't wait to pick up my favorite toy. You'll have to tell me how it looks:).

I love refreshing my laptops at least once a year and tend to do so more like twice a year. These days my flavor is the new MacBook Pro. I've been using Macs for years, but all of my development work tends to be Linux based. So, I've often had to use a number of systems and laptops to get all of my work done. Now I'm able to do all I do on a single machine.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy your new toy. Should make for a happy blogging experience.

I love geeks too. I actually pride myself on being a geek. Because of that I will have to ask you some geeky questions:
1. What kind of laptop did you purchase?
2. Please provide specs (HD, RAM, Video card) Tell me to shut up if you don't know what that is. If you do know what that is, then Welcome to Geekdom.
3. Comment, not a question.. Loving the new blog. It's nice over here.
Yum! I got my new laptop - not only my first brand new computer, not hand-me-down, but my first laptop - and am still in love. Sigh.

Oh yeah, I was that busy playing around I forgot to congratulate you on getting a new laptop. I hope you have a long and trouble free relationship.
Do you know how to transfer your data, or are you having that done for you?
Congrats to the new laptop, girl. I just got one too - from hubby, but working still on my stationary PC...until I have much of my stuff over on the laptop...Have a great time where ever you are going.
